Appointments
We know you had many choices when choosing a Dentist in Mitchellville, MD so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. We require 24 hours notice for cancellation. If notification is not received, a charge of $30.00 is assessed.


Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. With all dental plans, we are happy to file insurance claims for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. Woodmore Dental Center does not participate in Health Management Organization plans. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer flexible payment arrangements through a limited in house payment plan and Care Credit. Please contact our Business Manager, Tiffany Jones, with any questions you may have regarding payment or your insurance plan.


Accepted Insurance Carriers
All PPO insurances are accepted at Woodmore Dental Center.

 

Woodmore Money
For every patient that refers a non immediate family member (family members that share an insurance plan are excluded) earn $25.00 to their Woodmore account.  The Woodmore money can be utilized towards co-pays, whitening or the purchase of Woodmore dental products.

Please be sure to let us know when you refer a patient.  The patient must be seen by our office in order to receive the credit.
